Problem: the bottom and around the shrinkage line is more obvious, the bottom is uneven, there is obvious wire drawing into the mouth. Relatively low transparency. It is finished by two injection molding.

Optimization scheme: 1. The male mold core is changed into 3D printing spiral waterway.

2. The whole bottom female mold of the product is changed to 3D printing water. The reason for adopting this scheme is to make the temperature of the male die uniform with the temperature of the bottom of the product, and to play the advantage of 3D printing die to make the temperature field of the die uniform.

Process: analysis of old touch drawing - design of 3D printing waterway - mold flow analysis - scheme finalization - mold printing - finishing. The printing time of two pieces is 2 days, and the heat treatment and finishing time is 1 day.

The test results of 3D printing eye cream mould: high transparency, significantly reduced shrinkage around, flat bottom, flat glue inlet without wire drawing phenomenon, the molding cycle reduced from 180 seconds to 120 seconds.
